The week has been raining almost daily...
Such gloomy weather in my mundane life.

Though some activities did take place over the week; it was CJC Performing Art Center
open house on Thursday and Kaini's Bdae celebration on Friday night.

The council got the tickets to go back to CJC for the PAC open house and concert. Many areas of the school has been renovated; the gym was shifted over to the track area, opening out more tables in the canteen. The PAC was located just beside the track and a big open area in front of it created a gathering place for the students. The council room was shifted up to one of the room beside the assembly foyer and the old SC room was changed into the PE store room.
Bro Paul is thinking of building an overhead shelter across the area at the 2nd level open space near the classrooms. The school is changing and improving; the opening of the PAC actually created an opportunity to cultivate talents and identify them through performance. The best performance for the night was the CJ dance team. They have won a gold medal for the SYF 2007 with their "Firefly" dance. It was fantastic! The song chosen perfectly fits the theme "Firefly"; the struggle for life and the celebration of survival.

Also the next big news was that CJC ranking is currently at 5th or 6th position among all the JCs. Bro Paul is intending to push the entry point down to 10-10 for both Science and Art stream! The entry point is now at 11-12!
Im really proud of my JC and grateful of the work that Bro Paul has achieved all these years.

After the concert, the whole group of us proceed over to Newton Circle for supper. It was an enjoyable gathering and we will soon be meeting up again next Saturday at Dod's place.
P.S The guys never change... Oh well...
