Went
Harbourtown on Sunday with the girls...
Left early in the morning at 9 plus and came home 12 hours later...
There were new shops there and everywhere seems to have good bargains.
I brought quite a bit of stuff and the total damage for the day was A$113.
Reached there about 12 and we had lunch at Nandos; yummy chicken thighs and fries.
Oh and Zoe accidentally poured coke over my fries. Haha, but it was alright as i was already feeling full by then.
The girls were crazy shopaholic, they practically could something in every shop that they went into.
I brought a shimmering green halter/tube, a translucent turquoise flowy top from
Jeans West, a thick green
JayJay pullover for baby (the weather is dropping to 7 degrees at night!), a
Portman shirt for my sis, quite abit of accessories from there as well and a pink bonnie beret from
Cotton On!
Everything was pretty good bargains, the Jeans West top was supposed to be $19.99; but when i was at the counter, there was a further discount to $9.99!!! The bonnie beret was selling at approximately $16 and above everywhere else but at Cotton On, it was selling at only $8!! And the top that i got for my sis, it was the best bargain, it selling at 1/3 the original price!
It was really an enjoyable shopping trip, and i will be going again tomorrow with Therese and her friend. Should be getting something for my dad and his parents from over there. I really need to limit my spendings for my road trip but its such good discount!
Hard to miss it!
Anyone wants to sponsor me for this shopping trip?
Haha...

Wearing my pink bonnie beret ...

I finally got a chance to read the book "
Tuesday with Morrie"; a true story
that talks about how Morrie lived his last few months of life by looking at things and issues with a different perspective as before he contacted ALS (Amyotropic Lateral Sclerosis). The book
also brings out the different values of life from family, to marriage, death, loving yourself and others, forgiveness etc.
It is a good book for an evening.
