The weather here is cold; breezing wind in the afternoon and
chilling colds when night falls around 5 plus 6.
The day is so much shorter than the last time i came, and it is such a dismay
as not only does the shops close early, the day seems to end faster too.
And i have to wear thicker clothes or layers of it every time i goes out.
Im a summer person, love the sun more than the lack of it.

Though, Jac probably might think of that as an irony since half of my lifetime
I've been trying to avoid the sun rays.

Been going down to the city and checking out the shops and the mid season sale.
Not much to my liking as they were selling a lot of winter clothings; shades of grey, black and brown tones. They have white too! My current favourite!

They have some nice summer tops as well, though i must control my spending as my stay has only just started. I brought one top from Valley Girl for myself as a treat as i was feeling so lonely shopping alone again. It was an orange base, yellow and brown tone baby doll retro top.
Was looking for some winter caps too; saw some at SportGirl at a reasonable price but i shall continue looking around as i don't really need it now. I think its cool to be in Brisbane at a time like this, at least I'll be able to wear stuff that I wont be able to when Im back in Singapore.
Oh another plus point: I escape Singapore currently intolerable oven baked temperature!
*Grin*

Looking around for a pair of boots as well, and i found one that i really like but I have reserved it till this Thursday; which leaves me a couple of days to look around other places for cheaper and nicer ones.
I found this one at Target; it is brown with a tint of green suede soft leather material, ruffed up at the sides and has a short slit at the top back of the boots to allow easier wearing.
It cool that they allow a maximum of 7 days reservation (Lay By) for any items as well!
Maybe Singapore should come up with this too!

So basically I've been shopping and shopping... window shopping!
Oh I also went over to the library as i was intending to check up on something, on the other note, the library was a pretty big disappointments. Other than the nice interior, it basically only carry boring mundane books! I have walked round the shelves at least twice and i couldn't find more than 2 books that interest me. Which is usually weird, as I'm a reader and tends to have to choose between 4~5 books to bring home in order not to exceed the maximum quota.
Tsk Tsk...

Alright I will update more another time, as my darling needs his lappie soon!
Poor me, I should invest in a laptop soon so i can bring around when im overseas.
Indeed, as a Y-generation young adult, Internet has greatly influenced every inch of my life.

Happy Holidays!
