Looks like the problem for blogger is not solved yet.. I hope i dont have to start up a new blog again.
Finally my years of university life came to an end. Wondering how come they have yet to notify the students about the convocation dates and preparations. Hmm...
When the last paper was collected on Friday, we all exhaled with a gush of relief and excitement. Some of us went out for lunch at Holland Village and after that Jac and me went to Far East to do some window shopping (well at least for me). Hopefully this month i can save up a bit of money to use for my Australia trip; its down to 8days! *Exhilarated*
Mel came back from US last week, so i met up with her on Friday night to watch Superman 3! Was elated that i can finally watch the movie; I totally heart the superman series. I think its my favorite hero among all the others.
Superman 3 was good; its really nerve grabbing though the last few minutes of the ending could have been better. Wonder if this is the last episode for the whole series? Hmm...
Went for a 3days 2 night chalet with the SIM girls at Downtown East Coasta Sand. Was fun to do a bit of catch up and relax together with them; playing games, watching tv and movie together, preparing for the bbq together. Guess we wont really have much of a chance after this. Jac and I was saying that it would be really nice if we could meet up at someone's place in the future and prepare for a party together; like getting, preparing and cooking the food together. Will we really get down to it? I would love for those sessions to come.. thats what life is about, enjoying the moments with friends.
We played mahjong on both nights and i turned out to be the overall winner on the two days. :)
It must be beginner's luck; i really dont know how the counting and scoring goes for mj but i guess i try to play the games with options, and together with luck i won some fake money *we didnt really play with money, i just won the chips* Haa but it was fun practice and i hope gai managed to learn how to play as well.
On the last night, we had the bbq. We went to NTUC fairprice to get the food in the early afternoon and headed back to the chalet to marinate the wings, fish, mushrooms and chicken chops. I started the bbqing and ended up having a half-cooked right thumb! Hee...but glad the food turned out delicious despite only left aside for marination for an hour. Hy brought curry chicken and it was D-licious! Yummy...too bad i was too hot and full after eating abit of the food and i didnt get to have a second helping for the curry chicken. Chris brought Otah too...Kerlin and Gops brought the beers and alcohol. Thanks guys for turning up, bringing the food and making this mini bbq session fun and successful. We even did a small cake cutting session for Kerlin as his birthday will be coming in a few days time.
We didnt manage to go Wild Wild Wet or Escape, but Im fine with it as it definitely beats getting tanner. Went home this afternoon and i slept a long nap, i cant even remember if i set an alarm or did i sleep though it totally. Still feels tired but i really need to pack my room; it looks like a messy rat hole. *Haa*
Will not be going NZ during june as the promotion ended before the guys managed to book. *Sigh* Will be going for a short roadtrip down to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. Hope and pray that i can extend my stay after i depart. Been feeling quite bothered and worries about it!
Alrighty..its dinner time...
