Finally!
My last school project has ended!
But i have yet to get down to doing the team and self evaluation.
*Bored*

Went town with Jac and Gai after project today,
we shopped at Far East while waiting for Ceci and Cari to join us for dinner
and chilling out session at night.
We went into Future State cause it was having its S$9 sale for everything!
And we witnessed the worst customer service ever.. not to any of us of coz,
but to this foreigner, which Jac thinks might be from Indo.
The sales assistant was attending to the tough client; which later i overheard them saying
that it was about not being able to try out the clothes, and the customer kept insisting on it.
So after much frustration, the customer flung the top at the sales assistant; which ended up flying to her face.
So the sales assistant was very angry, and she started shouting at the customer really loudly over the loud R&B music.
She was screaming at the customer to get out of the shop, a few times...
Everyone in the shop was really shocked, so the customer ended walking out of the shop and saying something in a foreign language (which i suppose she is probably complaining about the sales girl).
But after that, that sales assistant provided pretty good and nice service to me and gai and some of the other ladies when they paid for the stuffs. Haa~

Even though there are many difficult customers around, who might be demanding and trying to bend the rules, or even insulting you; but as someone who has been working in the service industry for over 6 years, I feel that such actions and attitude of service staff should not be tolerated. And judging the majority of Singaporeans' character and the social norms, such bad customer service would be reported or complained immediately. Luckily that lady was a foreigner, but she probably developed a really bad impression of Singapore from that one incident. *Sigh*
But I daresay, Singapore has alot to learn about providing good customer services as compared to Australia, Taiwan etc.

So anyway, I brought a purple laced and sequined spaghetti top.
Hee its cheap and its so sweet and princessy.
Jac brought 3 items and Gai brought an oriental black tube.
But overall, Jac beat us all in shopping today.. As Always!

Went to Alleybar at No.5 Emerald Hill to chill out after dinner..
Had Snowball and yummy wedges with cheezy mayonnaise sauce!
Double sin! Have to run more tmr again!
Nice session tonight, before breaking for exam break...
Thanks babes for the evening and we didnt take a group picture =(
